Dr. Candace White
Dr. Candace White is the inventor of the first morphing smart alloys. Her research has led to the development of technology based on reintegration of molecules, such as that used in Global Transporters.
By 2310 she was to be found in the World Science Center. Hearing about Dr. Elliot Sinclair's morphing tests, she requested his tests results in order for him to take credit in the next scientific journal; When she didn't receive them, she sent him a v-mail repeating her request.
